Jump Rope For Heart by Amber and Ryann

Dear Readers,

In gym we are jump roping for heart.  We raise money for the American Heart Association by walking to a relative or friend and asking if they will donate money to the American Heart Association.  We are jumping in gym to do things to help other people cure their heart.  So many people can live a long and happy life.  Keep jump roping!

From,
Amber and Ryann

Questions:

1. If you would do one exercise other people can't do, what would it be?

2. What kind of jump roping do you like? Forward, backward or sideways?

Dear Ryann,
I didn't do the jump rope for heart, but I should've. I would do gymnastics which I do on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I like to jump rope on one foot actually. Bye!

Rachel

Dear Suzann,
I enjoy helping people live a long life as well as doing things to help my life. I also like jumping backwards. How did you like to jump rope when you were younger?

From,
Ryann!

Hi Ryann and Amber,

I like to jump rope forwards. I used to be able to cross my arms as I jumped. I think I'd have to practice a lot to be able to do that again.

Thanks to everyone who participated in Jump Rope for Heart. It was awesome of you to raise money for the American Heart Association!
