We're learning about food groups. The 6 food groups are meats and beans, dairy, oils, fruits, vegetables and grains. We made menus to help plan healthy meals. We also made boxed lunches of one of our meals! One way you can be healthy is eat the 6 food groups. One way you can not stay healthy is eat lots of junk food. Another way that you can stay healthy is by getting exercise.
