We've learned:
- Air is something real, even though it's invisible.
- Air is a gas, which is a form of matter.
- Air takes up space.
- Air can move things.
- We can feel air.
- Air can be trapped in a vial underwater.
- Air escapes the vial as bubbles if it's tipped sideways.
- Air takes up space, so water can't get in and get the towel wet.
Take a look at some pictures from the first exploration we did!
- What is a parachute?
- How do you think a parachute works?
